The property is set out on two floors with views across to Latchi and the sea. The spacious open plan living accommodation has a modern fully fitted kitchen and ample living space. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, diswasher and washing machine. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bed room and a family bathroom. Outside, there is a substantial garden area with ample seating for dining and relaxation.
